With Attendance Tracking you can assess your programming, track student involvement and collect precise data faster than every before. These insights will help administrators better understand student needs and improve engagement on campus.

One of the main problems campuses face today is administrators being unable to get a complete picture of their events or services, due to there being little to no visibility on attendance data. It is important for institutions today to understand the effectiveness of their programs and how to improve upon them. At Ready Education we have been hard at work trying to resolve this very problem and we are happy to announce that you can now get a clearer understanding of program utilization, keep track of student involvement, ensure that students are fulfilling their requirements like chapel attendance or visiting study tables, and much more.

With Attendance Tracking students can now see their attendance history on the campus app including: the time they entered an events or services, the time they left, and how much time was spent there. All of this is available from “My Activities,” under "Profile."

Additionally, Campus Cloud administrators can now create programs with Check-In and Check-Out functionalities, meaning that all events and services with assessment will track when students arrived, when they left and how much time they spent there. Admins can now use this feature via two distinct methods:

• QR Codes (Students scan in and out of events upon arrival and departure)
• Manual Tracking (An administrator manually checks students in and out of the event)

Once an event or service has concluded, administrators can collect feedback from students. This feedback helps to let you know what your students thought about your event or service and helps you improve them further. Administrators can also download reports with more detailed information to help them assess their events or services. In addition to this, we have also added new features for messaging all or select attendees to your programs.

A highly requested feature was the ability to prevent QR Code misuse, which is why we have now added the ability to Enable and Disable QR Codes. This means that once a QR Code is disabled it can no longer be used as a point of check-in or check-out.
